This 27-story high-rise office building covers 497,000 sq. ft. and has 500, 000 sq. ft. of underground parking over seven floors. Upon completion, the building will be LEED Gold-certified.
Project Overview
- A plaza over two acres in size finished with landscaping and outdoor seating areas.
- The mechanical scope of the shell and core build-out comprising of HVAC, plumbing, hydronic piping, controls and commissioning.
- A single rooftop chilled water VAV unit with fan wall technology serving each office level, with additional 24/7 cooling provided via a condenser water system.
- The plumbing scope for shell and core restrooms including dual flushometer water closets, low flush urinals and under-counter lavatories with electronic faucets.
