The build-out for this 59,000 sq. ft. space includes a wet lab and bioreactor space. The building was fitted with two 100% outside air, custom air handling units complete with heat recovery, specialty filtration and constant air valves with hot water heat.
Project Overview
- New central chilled and hot water plants, along with a clean steam boiler and glass washers.
- Five fume exhaust systems serving the radiology lab with bag-in and bag-out filtration.
- Medical air, vacuum, natural gas, RO/DI water, nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, argon and helium distributed throughout space.
- The Richards-Zeta DDC temperature control system with a custom design.
