We utilize a Lean Work Package approach to provide you with a smarter installation. Beginning with a review of the initial construction schedule, we divide construction tasks into clearly defined Work Packages - detailing scope, sequencing requirements, and task duration information. This thorough approach to project pre-planning provides a higher level of input early on, and produces a more effective and accurate construction schedule.
Saving Time and Money
Diligence in planning and exceptional quality control minimize RFIs, avoid work slowdowns, shorten schedule durations and create less conflicts in the field. Scheduled installations happen on time or ahead of schedule. Material lay down and storage requirements are minimized. With smaller and more detailed Work Packages, submittal reviews are faster and more accurate with less rework. It all adds up to a streamlined installation with no surprises.
Fabrication In-House
Manufacturing all the ductwork and fittings for your HVAC system is our specialty. Our high-capacity fabrication facility has the equipment and skilled labor to output jobs of any size. We use technology that electronically tracks every piece from CAD drawing direct to the plasma cutting table to the shop floor and on to shipping - ensuring that your job is correct, complete and on schedule.
